These sessions are offered in person or virtually, and can be paired with a customized race plan if you are targeting your next PR!

Our plans are 100% customized tailored to your personal goals, schedule and current activity level. We offer three different arrangements for run plans.
Prior to creating the plan, we request that you fill out one of our online questionnaires that we will provide. In addition, we'd prefer that you also schedule an intake session with us (max 60 minutes) which can be done in person or over the phone/skype.
Our customized programs are set up in 4-week increments which we share via google docs. Each individual session has an area for you to fill in your completed workout/run, and we use that as a tool during our progress meetings.

The check-in occurs 3 weeks into each 4-week segment of the program. This discussion helps alter the following weeks as needed and answer any questions you may have.
